Soft Ginger Cookies

Gingerbread cookie.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoon ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves, ground shopping list
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup molasses shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Cream all ingredients together. Using large tablespoon make 1 1/2-inch balls and roll in sugar. Place cookies on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 350^F oven for 10 minutes.
