How to make it

  • Mince the garlic, red onion and jalapeno pepper.
  • Seed and dice the tomato.
  • Chop the cilantro
  • Small cube the avocados.
  • Toss all together in a big bowl and add the cilantro, ground cuimn salt and vinegar.
  • Finish off by squeezing the juice of the lime over the top then zest off a good portion of the lime rind.
  • Toss again and chill.

    Egads, this looks SO good!! I am a guacamole lover, and a few days ago on Triple D with Guy Fieri, I saw what was called a BLT Guacamole. It wasn't much different than a plain ol BLT except that one slice of toast was spread with mayo and the other with guacamole. To me it really took that classic sandwich to an ethereal level.

    This sounds fantastic! Can't wait to try it. A lady I used to work with made a guacamole with tomatoes in it, and I loved it. I'm excited to see this recipe, definately going to try it! Thank you for sharing!!!
