How to make it

  • In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except butter and sour cream.
  • In a skillet, heat to medium-high and melt butter.
  • Drop potato mixture by the spoonful into the melted butter and fry, turning once, to a golden brown.
  • Serve with sour cream (I add paprika to the sour cream and mix it)

    You could make your potato skins with southwestern dip recipe that you posted today and use the scooped out potato meat to make these. Two good things from one. Potatoes and sour cream, always yummy.
