Avacado Dip To Die For!

- 6 Ripe Avacados - soft but wont squish under light pressure shopping list
- 1 lime - juiced shopping list
- 1 jalapeno pepper - Finely Diced shopping list
- 1/2 Cup red onion - Finely Diced shopping list
- 1/3 Cup Diced cilantro shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 Teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/16 Teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1/8 Teaspoon red pepper shopping list
- 1 Vine Ripe Tomato - Diced shopping list
How to make it
- Start off by preparing everything. Put your avacados in a large bowl and in a smaller bowl put all your diced ingredients. Lightly mash up the avacado till you have little bits of avacado. You dont want it all to be a paste. Part of a great Avacado dip is the Texture along with the taste. Add your lime juice salt, red and black pepper, Onion and garlic powder. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Now stir in your diced ingredients. I de-seed my jalapeno for the most part but you can leave some seeds in there to make it hotter. Let it rest in the fridge for about 20 min and serve nice and cold.
