How to make it

  • Combine mayo, honey, lime juice, chili powder and coriander in large bowl, and whisk well.
  • Add cabbage and jalapenos and stir to combine and coat.
  • Let chill a couple of hours, if possible and stir well before serving.

    Great slaw!!! I used all green cabbage and used a couple of fresh jalapenos for the canned cause I needed to use them. I never would have thought coriander in coleslaw, and it worked great!! Love the touch of sweetness from the honey too! My IMI review 3 More From Keni

    Keni - have you tried this with fresh jalapenos? I'm not much of a fan of canned or jarred ones. Sounds great - with 2 bags of slawmix in the fridge, will be trying this soon!
