Green Salsa

- 8 husked tomatillos shopping list
- 1 (4 oz) can of chopped green chile peppers shopping list
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeds removed shopping list
- 3 shallots shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, peels removed shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a food processor, place tomatillos, green chile peppers, jalapeno peppers, shallots, cilantro, garlic, cilantro, and salt. Coarsely chop by using the pulse setting. Cover and place in the refrigerator to chill until serving.

I added a lot more jalapeno then the recipe calls for and it is soooooooooooooo good. Yummers.
