Makes a filling lunch for one. Serves two as a side with a cup of light soup (such as tomato). I make it the night before to toss in my lunch bag the next day.

I cannot wait to try this, this sounds perfect for lunch! Two of my favorite munchies, Tuna AND Pasta! Just perfect :) I'm in NC and honestly I've never seen Tuna in olive oil here, only vegetable oil or canola oil...will the oil really make all the difference?
