Cheesy Butter Recipe
This is an easy "butter" that you can use to spread on crackers, but it is wonderful on warm corn-on-the-cob. Especially when the corn is fresh from your own garden!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions
  1. Beat together butter, Italian Seasoning, galic powder and black pepper.
  2. Blend in cheddar cheese and lemon juice.
  3. On a plate cover in wax paper, form into a log shape.
  4. Refrigerate 30 minutes before using.

Oh yeah, this one does sound good. I am serving corn on the cob tonight for dinner so this one is going on the corn. Yummy.
