How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Add all ingredients in bowl and mix well
  • Form meatballs or meat patties
  • Place on a baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed
  • Bake uncovered and cook for about 10 minutes or till cooked thru

    thanks for posting this and the other healthy recipes, my husband just was diagnosed with diabetes and now i am cooking healthier for us both,, need to keep it tasty and different!!
