Ingredients

How to make it

  • Core cabbage
  • Cut up into serving size wedges
  • Either steam cabbage until fork tender
  • OR oven roast the cabbage till tender
  • If steamed, carefully drain off water
  • When cool enough to handle, gently mix in the sauce
  • Place on serving platter and top with optional cheese
  • Note: an alternative method I also use is to coarse chop the cooked cabbage.
  • Mix in the BBQ sauce and top with cheese and oven bake till well heated and cheese has melted

    Huh? I would have never ever thought of that combo...but then again, why not? I like to put my slaw on my pulled pork. Thanks for an interesting idea...
