Choc Caramel Puddings

- Spray oil shopping list
- 1 cup self raising flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder shopping list
- 3/4 cup caster sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup skim milk shopping list
- 1 egg lightly beaten shopping list
- 30g butter, melted shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped jersey caramels shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped pecans shopping list
- ice cream to serve shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to moderate. Spray the 4 i cup ramekins with oil.
- 2. Sift flour and cocoa together in a large bowl. Stir in sugar.
- 3. Blend in milk, egg and melted butter. Fold in caramels.
- 4. Place ramekins in a baking dish. Pour enough HOT water to come up to half-way of the ramekins.
- 6. bake until cooked when tested. Serve warm with ice-cream.
