Roasted Garlic Recipe

Roasted Garlic Recipe
We love roasted garlic. Even when my children where young they would eat an entire head themselves. You can save the oil and add more for garlic oil. You can just dip bread into the oil with your main meal as well. SO good!

When you say oil you do mean extra virgin olive oil right? ^_^

I LOVE roasted garlic, really I just love garlic- even raw which is great for fighting off colds and infections.

I would like to give this a go. what temperature do you bake at... 350deg?

We just tried this recipe and loved it! We sprinkled a little kosher salt and black pepper before eating them. It was a delicious side dish that went well with our weekly spaghetti.

This sounds heavenly. I am going to try it this weekend. I just introduced my family to extra vigin olive oil and they prefer that to butter on their bread.
