- 2 lbs. chicken(boneless, skinless) shopping list
- 2 tsps. corn flour shopping list
- 2 tsps. All Purpose flour shopping list
- 1 no. egg shopping list
- 1½ tsps. ginger(paste) shopping list
- 1½ tsps. garlic(paste) shopping list
- 2 tsps. Red Chilly powder shopping list
- 5-6 nos. green chilies(slit) shopping list
- 2 cups. curd shopping list
- 10 nos. curry leaves shopping list
- 1-2 Pinch. Edible color(orange-red) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- coriander leaves(chopped) for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Mix corn flour, all purpose flour, egg, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and salt to thick batter. Add water if required.
- Add chicken pieces to the batter and marinate for an hour.
- Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till they turn golden.
- Add color to the curd, mix well and keep aside.
- Heat 4 tsp of oil in a pan, add chillies, curry leaves, fry for a minute.
- Now add curd, fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the fried chiken and mix well. keep on tossing the chicken. Let it fry for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
