Slow Cooker Sweet And Spicy Asian Chicken

- 3lbs boneless, skinless chicken shopping list
- 1 red onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 bell peppers, chopped shopping list
- 16oz water chestnuts, sliced and undrained shopping list
- about 2 cups shredded cabbage shopping list
- juice from 2 lemons shopping list
- 1T red wine or rice vinegar shopping list
- about 24oz canned tropical fruit blend, in it's own juices, not syrup(can sub a can of pineapple and something like mandarin oranges, if necessary, but try to find a blend with papaya, mango, passionfruit, etc) shopping list
- 6 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1T worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1T soy sauce shopping list
- 1T fish sauce shopping list
- 1T garlic chili sauce/paste shopping list
- 1/2-3t red pepper flakes shopping list
- 2t ground coriander shopping list
- fresh ground pepper and kosher or sea salt, if needed shopping list
How to make it
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook 4-6 hours on low until chicken is falling apart. Remove lid in last hour or so, if desired, to let some of the liquid evaporate.
- Serve sauce and chicken over white or wild or brown rice.

Beautiful picture Keni! I love fruit and meat together and so does my husband. Not so much my daughter, but oh well, she can pick hers out and put it on my plate ;) Think I'll be making this one next week. Thanks for another good one!
