Coffee Cake In A Mug

This bake in the mug coffeecake is so good and a breeze to make. (mug needs to be a 12 or 16 oz cup)
Ingredients
- 1/3 c yellow or spice cake mix shopping list
- 2 tsp vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 Tbsp water shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
- TOPPING MIX: shopping list
- 2 tsp brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp finely chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- For best results spray microwavable mug with nonstick spray
- Add cake mix to the mug.
- Add vegetable oil,water and egg white and stir well.
- Mix the topping ingredients together.
- Sprinkle the topping mix on the batter in the mug.
- Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Let cool one minute in mug.
- Tip out,slice in half and serve immediately.
- Or for the big eater dig in.
