Peppermint Twist Recipe

How to make it

  • Make a simple syrup by boiling the water, adding the sugar and let it boil, stirring constantly, just til the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let thicken and cool.
  • Combine lime juice, alcohol and extract. Add simple syrup(to taste)
  • Chill and add soda to each glass just before serving.
  • Hang mini cane over each glass to use as a stirrer.

    Nice one, Keni! Love the little candy canes :) I have some peppermint schnapps in the freezer, I wonder how it would taste instead of the vodka?
