How to make it

  • 1. Put everything in a large mixing bowl.
  • 2. Make like a mad man (or woman) and mix hell outa it. See Photo
  • 3. Place in a, for real, airtight container and store in a cool, dark place.
  • All of the spices should be top quality and new, not old and at half mast.
  • Obviously, you are going to make some adjustments to the above to suit your own taste but here you have the basics.

    I can totally make this! lol Thanks for the recommendation. But 1 full tablespoon of cayenne would kill me, so I'll have to tone it down. (But this would make a hell of a batch of "slap yo mama" cajun fries)
