How to make it

  • Lay Prosciutto slices out on a countertop. Cut each slice in half lengthwise. Spread each piece of prosciutto with about 1 tsp. of cheese. Roll up 1 piece of prosciutto diagonally around the bread stick, leaving the ends uncovered. Repeat with remaining breadsticks. Arrange on a platter and serve within 1 hour of preparing.

    Lovely. you are on a ROLL! yummy. I'd think they would get too soggy if prepped too far ahead, but it is a quick fix kind of recipe.
    I'm sure it was gobbled up!
