Hearty Double Pesto Crostini

- 1lb french baguette, sliced into no more than 1/2in slices shopping list
- about 1/2 cup traditional basil pesto shopping list
- about 1/4 cup sun dried tomato or roasted red pepper pesto shopping list
- 8oz Gouda, fontina, Havarti or Edam, sliced into about 1in square slices shopping list
- 1/2lb smoked italian sausage, sliced into no more than 1/2in rounds shopping list
How to make it
- Spread basil pesto lightly over all bread pieces
- top with a piece of cheese
- top with a slice of sausage
- add a dollop of tomato or pepper pesto
- Bake in a 400 oven for about 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and sausage is heated through.
