How to make it

  • Make Good seasons dressing, put aside.
  • Cook pasta according to directions, when done, drain and rinse with cold water, drain again.
  • Add peas, onion, olives, Mozzerella, artichoke hearts, Parmesean, basil & garlic, mix well. Add a LITTLE salt & pepper to taste. Add some of the dressing, mix, add more if needed.
  • Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesean.
  • Note: I have also added roasted red peppers, you can add whatever you like:)
