Italian Pasta Salad

- 12 oz Tri-Colored Rotini shopping list
- 1 pkg Good seasons Italian dressing (I use seasons-italian-dressing-mix.html">Copycat Good seasons Italian dressing Mix) shopping list
- 1 cup frozen peas shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion shopping list
- 1 6 oz can black olives, sliced shopping list
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh mozzerella, cubed shopping list
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts shopping list
- 1/4 cup freshly graded Parmesean shopping list
- 1 tbsp dried basil ( fresh julliened basil is great if you have it!) shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- salt & fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Make Good seasons dressing, put aside.
- Cook pasta according to directions, when done, drain and rinse with cold water, drain again.
- Add peas, onion, olives, Mozzerella, artichoke hearts, Parmesean, basil & garlic, mix well. Add a LITTLE salt & pepper to taste. Add some of the dressing, mix, add more if needed.
- Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesean.
- Note: I have also added roasted red peppers, you can add whatever you like:)
