Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together, use bread crumbs as needed to bind and lighten the mixture.
  • Divide into 4 equal chunks and shape into round balls.
  • Place in oven on non-stick sheet for 25-30 minutes, this should make the middle slightly pink and the outside crispy.
  • Serve on a griddled bun with pickles and ketchup

    Since this came from the Naked Chef on the BBC, his only suggestion for the bun was a "griddled bun." I have no idea what kind, I only know that it means the bun is grilled...
