How to make it

  • Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper and dredge fish, shake off excess flour.
  • Melt 1 tsp butter & oil in large skillet, when butter turns light brown add fish and saute 3 minutes both sides, or until it easily flakes with a fork.
  • Remove fish from pan and pour broth and lemon juice into the hot skillet. Bring to a boil and whisk in 2 tsp butter.
  • Serve sauce over fish.

    I like recipes that don't require much thinking or work after work and this fits the bill. Very tasty sauce with a nice lemony kick. My first time browning butter on purpose. :) Added a picture, too. A little lemony bit more in IMI
