How to make it

  • First you want to add all the ingredients in a bowl.

  • Add to a buttered casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees approx. 45 min.
  • Enjoy!

    At my house, we call this recipe "potato crack!" It's so good it's addictive, lol. Easy, economical, and it's a big enough recipe to freeze one batch for later! Love!

    man this recipe sounds good... my kind of comfort food!

    in fact, I'm a little scared to make it... because I know I will want to eat the entire tray in one sitting!!!!

    I also make this on a regular basis. I substitute the cream of soups for a variety. Cream of Smoked Poblano is really good. You can't go wrong with this recipe. Yummy.
