Oven Roasted Chili-Cumin Fries

- 4 med. russet potatoes, washed, scrubbed and dried shopping list
- 1 tb chile powder ( I like Rancho Gordo's ) shopping list
- 1-2 ts cumin, roasted and ground shopping list
- 1 tb kosher salt shopping list
- 1 tb olive oil shopping list
- Aioli for dipping shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch sticks lengthwise, don't peel. In a bowl, mix with the other ingredients. Put the potatoes, in one layer, on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 to 25 min., turning once, until cooked and nicely browned.
