Ingredients

How to make it

  • Sauce

  • Mix all the ingredients for sauce in the bowl, check the seasoning and adjust if necessary.
  • Set aside for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 day (so the flavour can develop).
  • Stir-Fry and Serving

  • Heat the oil in a deep saute pan or wok and add the cabbage and broccoli.
  • Cook over medium high heat until cabbage begins to wilt.
  • Add the noodles and cook until hot and slightly dried out.
  • Pour in the sauce, toss and cook 1 minute, then remove from heat and stir in the cucumber.
  • Serve immediately with lime.

I prefer San-J teriyaki sauce, but it isn't vegan as it's honey based - Steels is a good vegan option or you can make your own: http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2012/03/teriyaki-sauce-how-to-make-at-home-recipe.html

I like Pyure Organic stevia made with inulin: http://www.pyuresweet.com/
