Ingredients
  • 1 Large Portobello Mushroom Cap
  • 2 oz. Goat Cheese
  • 6 Snails (Escargot)
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • Herbs of choice ( I prefer Herbs de Provence)

Directions
  1. Turn mushroom cap bottom up.
  2. Place snails and goat cheese around mushroom in baking dish (Le Creuset).
  3. Cut butter into chunks and place around mushroom; sprinkle with herbs...Cover.
  4. Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Enough for 2 with a beautiful glass of wine and a touch of crusty French Bread...Yum!
