- 1 Large Portobello mushroom cap shopping list
- 2 oz. goat cheese shopping list
- 6 Snails (Escargot) shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- herbs of choice ( I prefer herbs de Provence) shopping list
How to make it
- Turn mushroom cap bottom up.
- Place snails and goat cheese around mushroom in baking dish (Le Creuset).
- Cut butter into chunks and place around mushroom; sprinkle with herbs...Cover.
- Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes.
- Enough for 2 with a beautiful glass of wine and a touch of crusty French Bread...Yum!
