How to make it

  • Turn mushroom cap bottom up.
  • Place snails and goat cheese around mushroom in baking dish (Le Creuset).
  • Cut butter into chunks and place around mushroom; sprinkle with herbs...Cover.
  • Bake at 375° for 12-15 minutes.
  • Enough for 2 with a beautiful glass of wine and a touch of crusty French Bread...Yum!
