How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Place the orange segments in a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed.
  • Pour into a greased and floured 9” pan.
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes.
  • Cake is cooked when set but still moist
