PEPPERMINT SNOWBALL COOKIES Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325* Mix 1/4 c. Crushed candies and 1/4 c. Confectioner's' sugar, set aside.
  • In separate bowl, mix butter, 1/3 c. Confectioner's' sugar, 1/4 c. Crushed candies and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Shape dough by scooping into teaspoonful-sized balls. Place 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes. Immediately remove from cooke sheet and roll in candy mixture. Cool and eat.
