Ingredients

SWEET CREAM BASE

2 LARGE EGGS MIX UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY 1 OR 2 MINUTES.

ADD 3/4 CUP SUGAR MIX UNTIL BLENDED AND DISSOLVED

Next,

ADD: DO NOT BEAT THIS LONG. DO NOT WHIP THE CREAM. I USUALLY HAND MIX THE CREAM AND MIX MILK IN

1 CUP MILK

2 CUPS HEAVY CREAM

Directions

Add it to your favorite ice cream maker.

I would use pasterurized eggs or Egg Beaters because today, unforunately, some eggs have Salmonella inside the shell. It won't change the recipe, just adds a measure of food safety. No need in getting people sick. Uncooked or undercooked eggs today are a problem. It is something that didn't exist a decade or so ago.
