    I would use pasterurized eggs or Egg Beaters because today, unforunately, some eggs have Salmonella inside the shell. It won't change the recipe, just adds a measure of food safety. No need in getting people sick. Uncooked or undercooked eggs today are a problem. It is something that didn't exist a decade or so ago.

    Gees, I am not a fan of chocolate or ice cream either!!!! If I had an ice cream maker though, I would try this.Mom would love it though!!!!
