I would use pasterurized eggs or Egg Beaters because today, unforunately, some eggs have Salmonella inside the shell. It won't change the recipe, just adds a measure of food safety. No need in getting people sick. Uncooked or undercooked eggs today are a problem. It is something that didn't exist a decade or so ago.
