This is delicious!! I couldn't find trout today, so I used sea bass. It turned out beautiful, flavorful and a fun first experience cooking with a whole fish :) More in the Janet's IMI post -------------> Baked Asparagus And Trout

Deelish recipe Keni! Exactly what I was looking for. LOVE the lemon, dill, garlic, onion flavours going on. The butter makes a lovely sauce for both the fish and the asparagus. A keeper for sure! More in IMI
