How to make it

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the brussel sprouts and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes. Add the pea shoots, juice of the half lemon, cayenne, S&P. If you need to add a little more oil move everything to the side and add about a tsp. and let it heat up before mixing in. Cook about 3 to 5 more minutes until the pea shoots are wilted and the brussel sprouts are crunchy, but done. Hope you like this as much as we did :)

    This is great. Brussels sprouts are so good in any stir fry situation but I'd not thought of the euro angle. Will try this.

    I blanch my Brussels prior to frying, uses a little less oil so healthier, allegedly, and I'd have to add fresh garlic here!

    Brussel sprouts are a favorite here! This sounds so flavorful and I love the addition of lemon juice..very nice Michelle!
