Lemony Sprouts And Shoots

- 1 lb. brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved shopping list
- 2 oz. pea shoots shopping list
- 2 tsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp cayenne (depending on your taste) shopping list
- 1/2 lemon shopping list
- salt to taste (if you have a specialty salt, use that in this recipe, I used a Mediterranean one that was delicious) shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the brussel sprouts and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes. Add the pea shoots, juice of the half lemon, cayenne, S&P. If you need to add a little more oil move everything to the side and add about a tsp. and let it heat up before mixing in. Cook about 3 to 5 more minutes until the pea shoots are wilted and the brussel sprouts are crunchy, but done. Hope you like this as much as we did :)
