Grands Breakfast Pizza

- 2 biscuits from a can of Pillsbury Grands biscuits (see note below) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 slice of bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- Shredded cheese of your choice - 1 Tbs should do it shopping list
- seasonings to your taste - I used Italian herb, garlic powder, salt and pepper shopping list
- Please note: despite what Pillsbury says, I have opened a can of biscuits, taken what I needed and have frozen the rest for later. Pillsbury does not recommend this. They probably want to sell more biscuits, is my guess but I find they freeze just fine. Put them in individual plastic baggies so they don't stick together. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. I recommend the parchment paper in case the eggs run - which mine did. And you won't need to wash the baking sheet.
- Roll out the biscuits to flatten. I use a plain ol' drinking glass. About 5" to 6" should do it. Place on the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheese on top.
- Crack the egg on top and sprinkle on your seasonings to taste. See Photo
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the biscuit is golden brown. I baked mine for 15 minutes. See Photo
Ready for the oven.
