Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 medium sized Hass avocado

3 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

heavy (whipping) cream, whipped without sugar

graham cracker pie crust made with brown sugar (use recipe on box of graham crackers)

Directions

In a blender mix milk and avocado thoroughly and then blend in the lemon juice.

Pour this IMMEDIATELY into the graham pie crust as it sets very rapidly!

Add unsweetened whipped cream ontop and refrigerate for a few hours. (This pie is so sweet to start off with that unsweetened cream works well).

I think as I live in the UK I will just have to make a shortcrust pastry for this as i dont think we get 'Graham cracker pie crusts' here. Maybe a little bit vanilla essence in the pastry might go nice. I'll let you know how much weiht Ive gained after eating a few portions..lol..many thx..

To make my crust I used 1 pkg (1/2 box) graham crackers, 1/2 cup macadamia nuts and 5 T melted butter (in the food processor).

I used lime juice and zest in place of lemon juice and added lime juice and zest to the whipped cream.

Here in Brazil, avocados are almost always prepared sweet, usually simply with sugar and lime juice. Most Brazilians find guacamole strange and many don't like it. But they love desserts made with sweetened condensed milk, so I'm saving this recipe!

I just made this today and just finished off the first piece and I have to say it was a delight! I changed 2 things though. I added ground pecans to the crust and added an additional avocado half instead of just one avocado.
