Avocado Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • In a blender mix milk and avocado thoroughly and then blend in the lemon juice.
  • Pour this IMMEDIATELY into the graham pie crust as it sets very rapidly!
  • Add unsweetened whipped cream ontop and refrigerate for a few hours. (This pie is so sweet to start off with that unsweetened cream works well).
  • Enjoy

    Tastes similar to key lime pie and also a bit like kiwi! Followed others tips by adding extra lemon juice and a block of reduced-fat cream cheese. Came out great! I love avocados and I love this pie!

    This looks fantastic, looks a little like a cheesecake recipe. I just cannot imagine what avocado would taste like as a sweet. I am definitely going to try this out.

    i know this will be awsome. it is a very versitale thing the avacaado i recently descovered avacado margaritas they are so yummy. now with this pie that drink and some guacamole sasalito turky sandwichs i have a fun lunch with a them.

    a lady from the Phillapines told me when I was buying some avacados that in her country it is considered a fruit & she said she makes smoothies with them too. I think I may just have to try this avacado pie recipe. Thanks!

    I remember this when I was a kid...It was grannys fav . and considered grown folks food.....I am all grown up and can't wait to try this one!!!!

    What size can of unsweetened condensed milk? Will add blue stuff.
    Can I use the bottled lemon juice? Why not?
    Need to use Non-Fat Cool Whip for strict diabetes, pancreatitis diet.
    Can't afford tryouts. On SS!

    Saving... I should be able to come up with some vegan version of this. Picture looks just like a key lime pie. That's what I thought it was until I clicked it.

    This look yummy, thanks for sharing, I'll have to try this soon. I've posted an avocado ice cream recipe which is similar and also divine. I like that this has a crust, I'll have to create a gluten free version. THANKS
