Tomato Mascarpone Pasta

- 2 cups pasta (uncooked), I used fusilli pasta shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 cups Easy Marinara Sauce or any kind of tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup mascarpone shopping list
- freshly grated parmesan to taste shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Bring a big pot of water to the boil. Season well with salt. Italians say the water where your boil the water should taste like sea water. Isn't that nice? :)
- Boil the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- While the pasta is boiling heat the marinara in a skillet, add the mascarpone and whisk until all is incorporated. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
- When the pasta is cooked drain it and pour it onto the sauce. Stir the pasta so it gets coated with the sauce.
- Serve and grate parmesan cheese over it.
