Tomato Mascarpone Pasta

    Recipe by Gourmetana: Tomato Mascarpone Pasta/saved
    Delicious recipe. Doubled without trouble. Sauce was creamy. Used store bought Mascarpone.
    Used the Easy Marinara Sauce in the recipe.
    Found out Mascarpone can be home made. Scald heavy cream and add lemon juice. Continue scald until the cream turns thick. Strain in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.
    Recipe is easy enough. Most of the time is wait time.

    Looks like Ana's except for the pasta shape! :-) I've never tried making Mascarpone although I have made cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Looks like it is pretty easy to make.
