How to make it

  • Place chicken breasts in baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
  • Spread honey liberally over chicken breasts. Sprinkle remaining spices over the honey.
  • Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes or until done.

    This is really delicious and so easy! I had boneless skinless thighs on hand so that is what I used. I used fresh rosemary and thyme from my garden. I spooned some of the pan sauce on before serving. I had these with mashed potatoes. I am looking forward to the leftovers! Put this in IMI on 1/4/15. I added my picture, which you can remove if you want. Thank you for a great recipe!

    Well, aren't you just exactly timely!!! Received a jar of Saffron Honey for Christmas and using it with the rosemary & thyme for chicken would be perfect! Thanks for the idea.
