Ingredients

How to make it

  • Finely mince the cloves of garlic.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Use your freshly washed hands to mix....it's gross, but I think the best way to truly mix a burger!
  • Form into patties. For a pound of ground beef, I usually form 4 patties. I've done 6 out of a pound, but I like the flavor better when you only do 4 patties per pound.
  • Grill to desired doneness.
  • Place finished burgers in a sealed plastic tub for approx. 5 min. This lets the flavors meld together better!
  • Then serve and enjoy!
