My Favorite Burgers Ever

- 1 lb. ground beef (the leaner the better, I say! Used 93:7 the other night) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 4-6 cloves of garlic shopping list
- about a 1/2 c. of bread crumbs (give or take, depending on your taste) shopping list
- dried parsley, to taste shopping list
- dried oregano, to taste shopping list
- crushed red pepper flakes, to taste shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Finely mince the cloves of garlic.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Use your freshly washed hands to mix....it's gross, but I think the best way to truly mix a burger!
- Form into patties. For a pound of ground beef, I usually form 4 patties. I've done 6 out of a pound, but I like the flavor better when you only do 4 patties per pound.
- Grill to desired doneness.
- Place finished burgers in a sealed plastic tub for approx. 5 min. This lets the flavors meld together better!
- Then serve and enjoy!
