Lemon Feta Pork Chops Recipe
This dish is very easy to make and, depending on what type of Feta you use, can be healthy, too! I served with a Greek Village Salad and it made for a healthy and delicious meal!

Ingredients
  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Feta Cheese (Sun dried tomato feta is good - use as much as you want and any flavor you desire!)

Directions
  1. Combine Parsley, Basil, minced garlic, pepper and lemon juice
  2. Pour mixture over pork chops
  3. Marinate for 30 mins to 1.5 hours
  4. Sear pork chops on both sides - about 5-7 minutes per side - until cooked through
  5. Sprinkle feta over pork chops, reduce heat to low, and cover for 3-5 minutes or until pork chops are done
