Beef And Noodles

- 1-2 pounds leftover Pot Roast, cut into bite size pieces shopping list
- 3-4 cups Home Made Noodles shopping list
- 4-6 cups water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons kitchen bouquet shopping list
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder (to taste) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon onion powder (to taste) shopping list
- 2 teaspoons black pepper (to taste) shopping list
- Plus any leftover gravy from your pot roast shopping list
- 3-4 teaspoons beef base if needed (to taste after you add gravy) shopping list
How to make it
- In stock pot or Dutch oven add water, seasonings (all but beef base and meat), gravy, and kitchen bouquet.
- bring to a boil stirring occasionally, check taste to make sure it has enough flavor. Add seasoning if needed.
- After it comes to a boil add leftover pot roast now. Let return to boil. Stirring constantly add noodles one handful at a time. Stirring between additions to keep noodles from sticking to each other. After all noodles have been added and are cooked enough not to stick together. Let simmer stirring occasionally for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the noodles are done.
- To serve: in a bowl add mashed potatoes, and pour beef and noodles over them mix and eat or have a dinner roll. They are very filling and comforting. Enjoy

Now I could not find the Kitchen Bouquet and I checked 3 stores LOL bet I will find it when I am not looking for it. I only had 10 oz of beef so cut back and eye balled. Used 2 cups of drips plus 2 cups water. Added 1 tbsp. of Bovril Beef then spices...more
