Double Chocolate Mint Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups margarine

2 cups sugar

2 cups brown sugar, packed

4 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Cream together, margarine, sugars, eggs, vanilla and mint.. Mix in

remaining ingredients. Blend well.

Drop by teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10

minutes.

This recipe can easily be halved!
