Double Chocolate Mint Cookies

These cookies are a sinful treat that are so good and hard to eat just one. The house smelled so yummy while they were baking!
Ingredients
- 2 cups margarine shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 cups brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract shopping list
- 4 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Cream together, margarine, sugars, eggs, vanilla and mint.. Mix in
- remaining ingredients. Blend well.
- Drop by teaspoonful onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10
- minutes.
- This recipe can easily be halved!
