We loved it. I used it on a 9 lb. pork shoulder roast and had enough leftover to use for a smaller roast in the future. Great stuff!

Awesome flavor, little bit spicy, little bit smoky. Much better than another I tried. I rubbed down an 8 pound pork butt overnight. Added 1 cup of cider vinegar, cup of water and a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot, loaded in the butt and cooked on low for 8 hours. Took out the butt, shredded and back into the pot for some extra flavor boost and juiciness. Then spooned back out to bag for the freezer, after a taste test of course. Thanks Semi!! 9/8/2015

This a fantastic rub. The only tweaks I had to do since I did not have celery flakes used 1 tsp of celery seeds. Also did not add the salt. Dietary restrictions. Used on a pork loin roast which I BBQ. Will be making again. Thank you Semigourmet53 for this wonderful recipe.
