Pork Butt Rub

- 2 tablespoons paprika shopping list
- 1 tablespoons kosher salt (crushed) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cumin shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon onion powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon celery flakes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon oregano, crushed shopping list
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor, blender, or spice grinder shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Combine all ingredients; mix well. For a smoother rub, puree ingredients in a spice grinder until well combined.
- 2. Extra rub can be stored in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

This a fantastic rub. The only tweaks I had to do since I did not have celery flakes used 1 tsp of celery seeds. Also did not add the salt. Dietary restrictions. Used on a pork loin roast which I BBQ. Will be making again. Thank you Semigourmet...more
