How to make it

  • DIce chicken, celery stalk, dill pickle, and green onions into small pieces.
  • Mix balsamic vinegar, mayo, and rosemary together.
  • Stir all ingredients together. Chill for at least one hour to blend flavors. Serve on a bed of mixed lettuce.

    This is delicious. I used Avocado Mayo and mixed the chicken in with the iceberg lettuce. It has a nice crunch to it and i found it filling. Thank you MissouriFarmWife for the recipe.
