How to make it

  • Micro plane shallots and garlic into frying pan. Add 1 tbs avacado oil and warm. Add salmon and parsley and cook over med heat until no longer pink, breaking up salmon as you go.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool. Add bread crumbs,flour and egg. Form into patties and place in fridge for one hour. Remove from fridge 30 mins prior to cooking.
  • In a large skillet heat oil over high heat. Cook the patties until browned on both sides, about 8 minutes. Drain briefly on paper towels before serving
