Salmon Cakes

- 16 oz fresh salmon shopping list
- 1 slice bread, micro planed shopping list
- 2 shallots, grated shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, grated shopping list
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 tsp parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Micro plane shallots and garlic into frying pan. Add 1 tbs avacado oil and warm. Add salmon and parsley and cook over med heat until no longer pink, breaking up salmon as you go.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool. Add bread crumbs,flour and egg. Form into patties and place in fridge for one hour. Remove from fridge 30 mins prior to cooking.
- In a large skillet heat oil over high heat. Cook the patties until browned on both sides, about 8 minutes. Drain briefly on paper towels before serving
