Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine cheese, pepper, red pepper flakes, parsley, egg and breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the beef and gently mix.
  • Form meatballs, roughly 1 1/4 inches.
  • Place meatballs on parchment lined cookie sheet and place in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
  • Turn meatballs over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • The meatballs can also be pan fried, this method results in a less dense meatball but isn't as healthy.
  • 29-11-15
  • Added 1 tsp of Italian Seasoning I

    Delicious!
I didn't have fresh parsley, but used everything else including the tsp. of Italian seasoning. They were done in 20 minutes. Served with spaghetti and a basil marinara sauce :)
