How to make it

  • Peel, rinse and cook potatoes in salted water for about 10 mins or until just fork tender.
  • Drain well and add the parsley and the garlic powder.
  • Transfer to another dish and allow to completely cool.
  • Add oil to a frying pan, when hot add the potatoes.
  • Cook for about 10 mins, shaking the pan occasionally to brown on all sides

    Dec 3/15 Wow what a great recipe for sure. Love the flavour of these potatoes. I used thin skin red tatters so I did not peel them. Thank you Bren for another great recipe.
