Baked Onions In Oil And Vinegar

- 4 med.to large white onions shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil, or less depending how big the onions are. shopping list
- 2 tbsp.white vinegar shopping list
- salt shopping list
- freshly ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Peel the onions and parboil them to keep them white
- Plunge in cold water, drain and bake in a preheated 350*F oven for about 1 hour, when ready leave to get cold
- Remove the outermost layer of skin and cut the onions into slices
- Arrange in a serving dish, dress with the oil and vinegar
- Season with salt and pepper

Wow what a great recipe for sure. I had to sub with red wine vinegar as I did not find my white. Quick and easy to pull together and so good will be making again. Thanks manella.
