How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Pour hot apple cider over raisins. Let stand 10 minutes and drain.
  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Add egg, vanilla, lemon juice and salt. Blend well.
  • Stir in corn syrup, nuts if using and drained raisins.
  • Spoon into tart shells.
  • Bake 20 minutes. Let cool completely.
