- ½ cup raisins shopping list
- 1 cup hot apple cider shopping list
- ¼ cup butter (no substitutes) shopping list
- ½ cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- ¼ tsp lemon juice shopping list
- ¼ tsp salt shopping list
- ½ cup golden corn syrup shopping list
- 1/3 cup pecans or walnuts (optional) shopping list
- 12 tart shells, unbaked shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Pour hot apple cider over raisins. Let stand 10 minutes and drain.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg, vanilla, lemon juice and salt. Blend well.
- Stir in corn syrup, nuts if using and drained raisins.
- Spoon into tart shells.
- Bake 20 minutes. Let cool completely.
