Carrots Hamburger

I think what all country have some vegetarian hamburgers (in Russian we call it KOTLETA). you can find similar recipe in Indian, Egypt and more. you can prepare it from carrots or cabbage or beetroot - recipe is the same.
Ingredients
- 1 kilo of carrots shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 big or 2 middle onion shopping list
- nutmeg shopping list
- salt shopping list
- bread-crumb shopping list
- Spicy I used garlic salt and pepper shopping list
- oil for fry shopping list
How to make it
- OK grate the carrots :)
- Cut onion
- I usually add spicy (nutmeg) in oil and after 5-8 sec add onion
- Fry onion till pink
- add carrots and salt
- fry till carrots be soft (not dry) if need you can add water
- make it cool
- add eggs and 2 tbs bread-crumb
- put bread-crumb in plate add spicy
- make hamburger from carrots
- roll in bread-crumb
- fry
