Carrots Hamburger Recipe

Ingredients

1 kilo of carrots

2 eggs

1 big or 2 middle onion

Nutmeg

Salt

Bread-crumb

Spicy I used garlic salt and pepper

Oil for fry

Directions

OK grate the carrots :)

Cut onion

I usually add spicy (nutmeg) in oil and after 5-8 sec add onion

Fry onion till pink

add carrots and salt

fry till carrots be soft (not dry) if need you can add water

make it cool

add eggs and 2 tbs bread-crumb

put bread-crumb in plate add spicy

make hamburger from carrots

roll in bread-crumb

fry
