Beef Noodle Casserole

This dish is for garlic lovers with a slight tang of tomato sauce.Serve with Garlic bead and salad.Great for a quick supper that the family will enjoy
Ingredients
- 2 lbs hamburger(brown and drain) shopping list
- 1 can whole tomatoes(cut up) shopping list
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- add all these together and simmer shopping list
- 1 8 oz pack egg noodles cooked and drained shopping list
- 1 caron sour cream shopping list
- 1-3oz pack philadelphia cream cheese shopping list
- 6 green onions chopped. shopping list
- package grated cheddar cheese. shopping list
How to make it
- When Noodles are cooked and drained add cheese sour cream and onions,in a greased casserole layer first the noodles then the meat mixture repeat layers,When finished cover with one pack grated cheddar cheese.
- bake 350 until cheese melts.
- This will freeze well,just let thaw and heat will taste as if fresh made.
