Beef Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs hamburger(brown and drain)

1 can whole tomatoes(cut up)

1 8oz can tomato sauce

salt and pepper to taste

add all these together and simmer

1 8 oz pack egg noodles cooked and drained

1 caron sour cream

1-3oz pack philadelphia cream cheese

6 green onions chopped.

package grated cheddar cheese.

Directions

When Noodles are cooked and drained add cheese sour cream and onions,in a greased casserole layer first the noodles then the meat mixture repeat layers,When finished cover with one pack grated cheddar cheese.

bake 350 until cheese melts.

This will freeze well,just let thaw and heat will taste as if fresh made.
