Ingredients

Fresh sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced (uncooked)

At least 1 stick butter or margarine

Salt

Sugar

Directions

Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet. Add sweet potatoes. Fry potatoes, stirring as necessary. Cover and continue cooking stirring occasionally. When about half done, add ½ to 1 cup sugar and ½ t. salt (for a full skillet).
